Directorate “Property Management and Public Procurement”

Directorate “Property Management and Public Procurement” organizes the drafting, conclusion and termination of contracts related to the activities of the Agency; conducts market research of goods, services, companies, organizations and price-level research; coordinates and controls the implementation of contracts; plans, organizes and coordinates all actions related to the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures; organizes the preparation and provides information to the Public Procurement Register;  carries out investment research relating to the sites and  drafts proposals for the need for capital investments for major repairs, reconstruction and new construction, organizes and controls the implementation of current repairs, planned construction, overhaul, repair of tangible fixed assets and loading and unloading works; organizes, and is responsible for and controls the correct, lawful, expedient and effective use of the real estates and the movables - property of the Agency or provided to it for use; plans, coordinates and controls the activities for ordering, delivery, storage, distribution and management of material resources and the provision of services; participates in the procedure for scrapping property; organizes, is responsible for and monitors for the technical serviceability, the proper vehicle use and maintenance of the state-owned motor transport, takes into account the fuel costs; ensures the lawful and efficient management of the material and technical base in the agency, etc.
